numpy.cos(x[, out]) = <ufunc 'cos'>

参数：	x：array_like 输入数组，以弧度表示。 out：ndarray，可选 与x形状相同的输出数组。
返回：	y：ndarray 对应的余弦值。
上升：	ValueError：invalid return数组shape 如果提供out并且out.shape！= x.shape
